    Hog shack barbecue catered my sister’s wedding not only was the owner, polite, professional, and impressive, his food was amazing. The brisket was incredibly moist, the chicken had a great flavor, and the ribs had a great unique seasoning to them. Also, I have had no better barbecue in this area catered for the price point.     Hog Shack has become our new favorite place. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is great. My favorites have to be the Bull Burger, the Texas Poutine Fries, and the wings. Their BBQ sauces taste great. My favorites are the Classic Carolina and the Texas Twister.

    Brunch is amazing, especially paired with a bloody mary.

    Great food, great staff - Lots of different dishes to try. The traditional BBQ is great, but the burgers,  brisket quesadilla, smoked chicken salad sandwich, diablo burger and THAT SMOKED QUESO is to die for. The new bar rocks. Stop in, shake it up -- You'll be happy you did!
